Manage day-to-day operations independently.
Ensure the service levels are achieved and exceed customers’ expectations.
Execute all marketing initiatives effectively.

Work with kitchen crew to ensure food quality.
Handle other administrative duties such as ordering stock, cashiering, duty rostering, and payroll.
Must be willing to work on shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
