FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the coffeeshop/food court sector.

Candidates for this role must have high initiative and a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing supervision and guidance to staff on food handling and hygiene, ensuring compliance with SFA standards, and training new staff.
2. Ordering, receiving, and checking of goods and supplies.
3. Ensuring the neatness and cleanliness of the coffeeshop.
4. Promoting and selling our food & beverage items to customers.
5. Assisting stall tenants, handling complaints, inquiries, and solving daily issues.
6. Handling the POS system and recording daily sales.
7. Implementing Safe Management Measures for our company.

Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with 6 working days per week and a rest day on weekdays.

A Food Hygiene Course or F&B officer certificate is a must.

Candidates with good coffee making and cooking skills will have an advantage.
