Food & Beverage Service Ambassador

As a Food & Beverage Service Ambassador in one of the hotel's food & beverage outlets, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

1. Handle food and beverage orders and serving guests.
2. Provide great service to all guests.
3. Anticipate guests' needs and have a keen eye to details.
4. Assist preparation and setting up restaurant for food service, maintain tables, clear and reset tables.
5. Ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and 'ready' prior to service.
6. Answering guests' enquiries.
7. To perform other related duties as required by the outlet manager.

Requirements

1. GCE O / N level or NITEC Certification of any discipline and/or WSQ certification
2. Good interpersonal and customer services skills.
3. Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
4. Previous Food & Beverage experience in a similar environment will be an added advantage but not necessary
5. Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition.
