Food and Beverage Supervisor

Salary: Up to S$48,000/annum

Location: Sentosa

Working Hours/Days: 10am – 7pm / 1.30pm – 10.30pm (44 hours/week, including PH and weekends)

A leading global experience entertainment company dedicated to creating extraordinary, immersive, and large-scale experiences is seeking keen individuals to join its team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Manage food and beverage service staff.
3. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
4. Report to Retail Manager.

Operational Management

• Receive, inspect, and manage deliveries of food, beverages, and consumables.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of products and consumables.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, following daily and weekly cleaning protocols.
• Track daily sales and prepare regular reports for the retail management team, especially regarding reordering consumables and products.
• Manage the fresh food goods with date control and wastage on a FIFO basis.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment functionality and safety compliance.
• Train staff to meet operational needs.
• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve any staffing or operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Address customer inquiries and feedback to ensure a delightful experience.
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Implement and enforce quality standards for food preparation and service.
• Work with creative and marketing teams to align with the exhibition’s theme.
• Suggest enhancements to attract visitors and boost sales.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (BFHC).
• Requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift/move objects as needed.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management of food products.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Must be available to work on public holidays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, themed event environment.
