Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.

Job Summary:

• Flow Analyst is primarily responsible for maintaining Interco transfer Prices and monitoring of GWMT to resolve blocking issues on product financial flows.
• The analyst also performs all associated analysis and projects related to these activities.

Responsibilities:

• Track the “Red Light” flows using the Global WEB Monitoring tool, inform SAS customer service or other Pivots to resolve the issues related to the blocking.
• Coordinate the resolution of anomalies with the different stakeholders.
• Analyze the anomalies' root causes through monthly KPI reports and implement a remediation plan.
• Update Interco transfer prices for future flows and maintain the ones for current flows.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting for Marco and TP audit.
• Year-end ad-hoc activities related to transfer price and product flows in SAP system.
• Support IPFF team on project activities including coordination and UATs.
• Maintain IPFF related documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with relevant experience.
• Proficient in SAP System and Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Service-oriented (any issue should be solved on a timely basis).
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Ability to cope with a significant volume of transactions in a short period of time.
• Reactive (able to treat urgencies and priorities).
• Autonomous.
• Capability to manage transversal relationships in an international environment.
