Job Description:

• Oversee subcontractor work to ensure it aligns with drawings, methods, materials, and samples.
• Collaborate with authorities, subcontractors, and clients regarding drawings and materials.
• Review and coordinate fire protection design drawings to confirm compliance with specifications and guidelines for the Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hosereel System, Wet/Dry Riser System, Fire Hydrant System, and Fireman Intercom System.
• Identify discrepancies among mechanical and electrical (M&E), structural, interior design (ID), architectural, and client requirements.
• Manage and execute projects according to established schedules.
• Attend contractor meetings to address issues and provide progress updates.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
• Delegate tasks to supervisors while ensuring adherence to standards and SOPs.
• Plan and lead the testing and commissioning of fire protection systems.
• Follow up on site inspections and authority reviews, addressing any defects in fire protection work.
• Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM), training materials, and As-Built documentation for handover.
• Coordinate maintenance of fire protection systems during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
