Fintech - 6 Months Corporate Banking KYC Analyst | Raffles

Job Title: KYC Due Diligence Officer

Contract: 6 months

Location: Raffles Place / Hybrid work arrangement

Salary: Up to $5800

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform onboarding and KYC due diligence on existing and new corporate banking clients.
2. Conduct checks and due diligence on these clients, primarily looking out for PEP/Adverse news/information that may be detrimental to the reputation of the bank.
3. Communicate closely with Front Office on the collection of KYC documents/information.
4. Assess money laundering, fraud, reputational risk, and sanctions risk factors.
5. Enhance client risk assessments and various MIS reports for management reporting to facilitate review in managing risk and strengthening the control procedures and processes.
6. Input and maintain the static data/accounts of the clients into the KYC database.
7. Participate in projects and perform UAT testing assigned by the Manager.
8. Other ad-hoc screenings or duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or any related qualifications.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KYC/onboarding area handling corporate banking portfolio.
3. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Suite.
4. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to read and speak Chinese while dealing with APAC regional client portfolio.
