Position: Financial Site Controller

Work Function: refer to the attachment

Work days/hours: 5 days per week

Basic Salary: to be advised by the interviewer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage general accounting activities and month-end close including but not limited to GST (Goods and Service Tax), Statutory Audits, Annual Audit, Intercompany accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
2. Lead finance team on all financial processes for financial reporting and analysis.
3. Responsible for the Budget and forecast updates in partnership with site leadership.
4. Be the main financial point of contact at the site for management and other finance functions.
5. Lead monthly financial reviews with finance and site leadership.
6. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a prudent internal control environment.
7. Maintain costing and responsible for annual cost rolls and applicable analysis.
