Seeking Passionate Individuals for Financial Services Consultant – Open to Entry-Level and Career Changers

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Conduct in-depth financial planning with clients, identifying their financial and protection needs, and seeing through the success of sales activities as an individual producer.
- Sales & Targets: Manage inquiries, referrals, and customer relationships from internal and external partners while achieving sales targets under the leadership of the Head of Business Development.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer experience from the application process through to policy inception, including handling client inquiries and managing customer complaints.
- Client Portfolio Management: Provide tailored financial advice to your client portfolio, focusing on wealth accumulation, legacy planning, and long-term protection needs.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-level, professional customer service and act as the first point of contact for client servicing queries.
- Company Initiatives: Support and drive company projects such as lead generation campaigns, customer promotions, and other business development initiatives.
- Professional Development: Participate in scheduled sales training and professional development courses, ensuring that you meet mandatory CPD requirements and maintain Fit & Proper status.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in insurance-related sales with a demonstrated track record of sales achievement.
- Certifications: Having the relevant financial and insurance certifications (such as CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI) is essential to your success in this role. If you don't already hold these certifications, don't worry—completing them before starting will give you the foundational knowledge needed to excel in the financial advisory industry.

- Knowledge of retirement planning and insurance-based wealth preservation strategies is a plus.
