About the role

As a sales specialist in Banking Industry, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's sales strategy. This full-time position, based in the Office / Branch, involves engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively prospecting for new clients by conducting outbound calls or walk-in customers
2. Proven ability to achieve sales target, resourceful and ability to work with minimal supervision
3. Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients
4. Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop appropriate sales strategies
5. Presenting and demonstrating the company's products and services to potential clients
6. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
7. Strong base of customer service and communication skills

6. WITHOUT FINANCIAL papers are welcomed but MUST possess a “Hunter” attitude
7. Preferably with basic FINANCIAL papers
