SS&C Algorithmics Global Support, APAC
The SS&C Algorithmics Global Support team provides support to clients across the various regions using SS&C Algorithmics products in production. These clients have already been through the implementation cycle and understand our software, risk management processes and IT in general. The group also provides direct support to third-party integrators who may be implementing SS&C Algorithmics products at client sites or at their own offices. The team comprises integration engineers, Financial Professional (Financial engineers), and post-implementation consultants, providing a balance of technical IT and financial modelling expertise. Support is provided via telephone and e-mail in the first instance, and by on-site visits if necessary.
Support work is conducted largely at SS&C Singapore, 1 Raffles Quay, #29-01, Singapore 048583. Some travel can be expected to client sites, as well as opportunities to work on clients’ site-based projects in the APAC region.
