Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Lead

What You’ll Do

Drive the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, identify financial trends, and support strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to align financial goals with business objectives and ensure strategic cohesion.

Prepare financial presentation materials for the board and investors, delivering clear and actionable insights.

Provide leadership with strategic recommendations on revenue growth opportunities and risk mitigation.

Analyze profit margin trends, identify key drivers, and work closely with business leaders to implement improvement initiatives.

Develop and implement cost control measures and process optimizations to enhance profit margins.

Monitor and report on the outcomes of margin improvement initiatives.

Develop and refine revenue forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in projections.

Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to build robust forecasting models, incorporating market trends, seasonality, and business dynamics.

Manage strategic and operational initiatives, leading process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Work closely with executive leadership to support company-wide strategic initiatives, such as fundraising or M&A activities.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in FP&A within a large multinational corporation or late-stage startup.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

A strong analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle everyday challenges effectively.

A team player with a proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior business leaders.

A track record of identifying opportunities and driving strategic decision-making through financial insights.

MBA or CPA qualifications (preferred).

Advanced skills in Excel (or Google Sheets) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power Query).
