The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and managing financial leasing solutions while ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial leasing solutions for vessel acquisitions and chartering arrangements.
• Build and nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, and leasing companies to secure favorable financing terms.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments of leasing structures.
• Lead negotiations and structure lease agreements, including sale-and-leaseback transactions.
• Ensure all financial leasing transactions comply with regulatory and accounting requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends in shipping finance, interest rates, and capital markets to optimize leasing strategies.
• Provide support to internal stakeholders in financial planning and decision-making regarding lease options.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, reports, and presentations for management and investors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• min. 3 years of experience in financial leasing, asset finance, or ship finance.
• Strong understanding of financial leasing structures, vessel financing, and capital markets.
• Proven experience working with banks, lessors, and financial institutions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders.
