Salary: SGD 2,800 (Basic) + Commissions (HIGH earnings opportunity) + benefits
Location: Singapore, Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet sales KPIs, focusing on both quantity and quality of work.
Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Customer Inquiries: Handle inquiries professionally, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Lead Conversion: Convert bank-provided leads into sales through telemarketing and personalized customer interactions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all calls meet industry regulations and Quality Assurance standards.
Internal Collaboration: Work with internal departments to ensure smooth policy fulfillment and service delivery.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business and regulatory risks through proactive decision-making.
Share Best Practices: Share concerns and best practices to enhance risk management within the team.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma.
Preferred Certifications: BCP, PGI, HI, or similar insurance-related qualifications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with outbound calls and interacting with stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled at managing inquiries and documentation.
Team player, able to multitask and meet service standards.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
