Aurex Group is partnering with a leading design company based in Singapore seeking a dynamic Finance Director to join their team. This pivotal role will focus on driving financial strategy and enhancing overall business performance within a creative environment.

• Establish high standards for the delivery of financial services within the organization.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of financial service offerings.
• Manage finance and accounting teams to achieve client and financial objectives.
• Enhance processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in recruiting top talent to strengthen the organization.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve client relationships and overall organizational performance.
• Support business development efforts related to scope, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Drive innovation initiatives, including digital integration and evolution.
• Empower and motivate teams through innovative leadership practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance.
• CPA or CA or equivalent certifications.
• 10-12 years in general management, accounting, or finance, with a track record in managing finance and accounting teams for an international business.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar systems, including financial reporting and budgeting.
• Ability to implement change, enforce policies, and resolve conflicts.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
