Job description
Responsibilities:
Manage the Group's Cashflow which includes cashflow optimization, forecast, expense management, budgeting, consolidation, P&L forecast, debt management, and collection. Monitor the Group's optimal funds level, oversee bank monies for procurement, operations, and unexpected expenses. Perform monthly group consolidation and results analysis. Develop risk management/control strategy considering all business aspects. Implement financial strategies, risk minimization plans, opportunity forecasting, and cost enhancement measures. Oversee financial reports, manage audits, and provide ROI analysis for overseas investments. Manage GST, income tax matters, tax planning, and prepare financial metrics based on P&L. Lead finance team, ensure task completion, and identify high-caliber team members for growth. Provide guidance, assign work, and develop effective communication for financial projects. Lead ERP System and MIS projects, improve internal controls, and maximize returns on excess funds. Monitor financial performance, provide insights, and maintain relationships with bankers and liquidity providers. Handle ad-hoc duties related to the Company's activities. Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, CPA qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years experience as a Financial Controller in manufacturing. Understanding of market dynamics, global experience, financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems. Strong leadership, communication, quantitative, and analytical skills. Apply now
