Financial Controller[ Central/ 5 days]

We are hiring a Financial Controller to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial strategies to support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and oversee banking relationships.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring their growth and development.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights.
• Streamline financial processes and implement technology solutions for efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, team leadership, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
