You monitor the project initiatives in the region: development, restructuring, funding, IT projects, transformation
Financial statements
You perform a monthly review of the main balance sheet aggregates, PL and cash flow statements and summarise the main risks (tax, forex, other non recurring events)
You attend monthly closing meeting with Ficom and SSC country manager on Safran package: arbitration, sign off and follow up of issues identified during package review
You manage the external audit and ensure that audit report are issued in line with group and/or local requirements
You are the point of contact for any legal corporate request such as account approvals, dividend distribution, capital restructuration.
Compliance
You perform monthly testing to ensure of the internal control key control are implemented and efficient, as per Group Internal Control instructions and follow up corrective actions are implemented in case of deficiency identified
You follow up internal audit recommendation and insure any deficiency identified is handled locally.
Finance organization in the region
You implement in the local organizations the target operating model and insure that all organization in the region are in line with group objectives
You are responsible for the efficiency of the finance team in the network
Minimum Requirement:
Postgradudate Degree in Finance with accounting background and ideally have a 5- year experience in external audit
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
