BASIC SALARY FROM $3200 - $4000 (Depending on Experience) + Fixed Allowance ($300) + Monthly Comms + Quarterly Bonus!!

About the role

Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Banker to join our team in the Central Region. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing comprehensive financial planning services to our clients.

As a Financial Banker, you will be responsible for delivering personalised financial solutions that cater to the unique needs of our diverse client base. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial futures.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting comprehensive financial assessments to understand the client's financial situation, goals, and risk profile
2. Developing tailored financial plans that incorporate investment, insurance, and wealth management strategies
3. Presenting financial recommendations to clients and guiding them through the implementation process
4. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and proactively addressing their evolving financial needs
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective financial solutions
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience
7. Actively contributing to the growth and success of the financial planning business

What we're looking for

1. No Experience needed
2. Fresh Grads welcome!
3. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and develop tailored financial plans
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Commitment to providing exceptional client service and adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards
6. Relevant financial planning certifications or qualifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) would be an advantage
