Financial Assistant Officer - Business & Social Services


RESPONSIBILITIES:

We’re seeking enthusiastic team players to join our Business & Social Services Division!

  1. In this role, you will manage our monthly Financial Assistance Applications with care. You will maintain client information, conduct follow-ups, and prepare insightful case reports. You'll also keep our Financial Assistance database up to date and assist with program activities, including coordinating meaningful house visits.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A minimum Diploma from local polytechnic or other relevant recognized institutions.
  2. At least 1 year of related working experience.
  3. Strong understanding of procedural guidelines and practices.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in teams.
  5. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  6. Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.
