Financial Analyst (SAP)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Controlling
2. Evaluating historical and current financial data to understand the company's financial condition.
3. Developing financial models that forecast business outcomes and profits.
4. Assist in budget preparation, system integration, and policy implementation.
5. Perform feasibility studies, ROI review, project management and support system implementation.
6. Perform cost and CAPEX analysis to monitor operational efficiency.
7. Monitor Capital Expenditure and prepare cashflow forecast for review.
8. Analyse financial performance against the budget.
9. Adhoc projects assigned by General Manager and Controller.
10. Accounting
11. Assist in Corporate Reporting
12. Prepare sales data for monthly financial update.
13. Work with team to ensure completeness in billing including reconcile of Invoice, debit note and credit note for manufacturing, trading and services.
14. Perform invoicing for manufacturing business.
15. Perform AR collection to ensure the incoming payment agrees to AR record.
16. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
17. Complete AR transaction for month end account closing.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
2. 2-3 years of relevant FP&A experience with MNC.
3. Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
4. Independent with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
5. Experience in SAP an added advantage.
6. Able to start work immediately or short notice period is preferred.
