About the Job

Reporting to the Regional FP&A manager, you will be responsible for financial planning and forecasting, assisting in budget preparation, developing financial models, and analyzing budget variances. You will prepare and analyze financial reports, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with department heads to provide financial insights, participate in strategic planning, and evaluate new business opportunities. The role also involves conducting ad hoc financial analysis, supporting special projects, and identifying process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or relevant disciplines.
• Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field, with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, BI tools).
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to present financial insights effectively.
