Purpose: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Group FP&A Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to the Group. The successful candidate will work closely with business units, senior management, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
Group Financial Planning & Analysis
Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections. Collaborate with business units to gather data and analyse trends.
Perform detailed analysis of actual results against past trends and approved budgets. Identify key drivers of performance, provide insights, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Perform timely and accurate reporting of financial results for the Group - including SGX report and other external reports.
Support the development and implementation of financial systems and tools. Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes.
Perform any other duties and projects as assigned.
Business Partnering
Act as the finance business partner to various business units.
Support and review monthly closing activities.
Provide financial analysis, advice, and support to facilitate business decisions.
Support business unit in quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare presentation materials.
Qualifications:
Appropriate qualification in Accountancy with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experiences.
At least 2-3 years of FP&A experiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
Good communication with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle ambiguity and work independently.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
Self-motivated and resilient.
Competent in PC applications e.g., Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP, Workday will be an advantage.
