APAC Financial Analyst
We are seeking an experienced APAC Financial Analyst to join a growing business in the life sciences industry. This role is critical in supporting financial decision-making and providing strategic insights across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
2. Consolidate financial data for APAC, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
3. Act as the main point of contact for accounting partners in Singapore, Korea, and Japan
4. Prepare statutory audit documentation in collaboration with accounting partners
5. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including top-line trends, gross margin, and OPEX
6. Support process improvements to drive efficiency and streamline financial operations

1. 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally within healthcare or in vitro diagnostics
2. Strong background in FP&A or business controlling in a multinational environment
3. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis
4. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; CPA or CMA is preferred
5. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
6. Korean language proficiency is an advantage
