Develop and execute periodic business plans, including key market index forecasting, financial KPI development, and financial KPI target setting.
Closely coordinate with strategy and planning organizations in HQ and SKGU(US) for financial planning, performance analysis, and management reporting.
Analyze the monthly performance of the trading division, including key profit and loss drivers, and provide management reports and P&L projections based on the analysis.
Build and maintain financial models to assess trading performance, develop future scenarios, and support decision-making.
Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with traders to compile and manage key data for trade performance analysis.
Coordinate closely with relevant divisions in HQ to negotiate inter-divisional transaction terms and analyze the profit and loss impact of such transactions.
Work closely with executives to review financial performance analysis results and develop communication strategy.
Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and internal projects relevant to the business and provide any other support as may be required.
■ Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant qualifications with a strong mathematical inclination.
Minimum of 6 years of work experience in the oil and gas trading industry, preferably in financial planning, performance analysis, or risk management.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting to support key business decisions.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and leadership skills (with HQ, senior management, and team).
Fluency in Korean is strongly preferred due to regular coordination with HQ.
