Finance VP (Digital Assets)

The Finance VP will oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also includes handling corporate finance functions, tax matters, and transfer pricing. A key responsibility is managing MAS regulatory reporting, focusing on crypto products and ensuring timely submissions. The VP will also lead the transition from Xero to NetSuite and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process automation. Additionally, the role involves supervising bookkeeping and administrative functions while supporting the recruitment and development of the finance team. Lastly, the VP will work closely with senior executives to align financial strategies with company goals and provide data-driven recommendations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly in buy-side operations, is required. Expertise in corporate finance, treasury management, and regulatory reporting is essential. Familiarity with MAS crypto regulations and experience with financial systems like NetSuite are highly desirable.
