Finance Transformation Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Finance Transformation Lead to drive the global system implementation and process harmonization projects.

We are looking for a highly competent Finance Transformation Lead to drive the successful implementation of SAP S/4Hana software and build competencies in process improvements and change management capabilities.

Description

Reporting to the Global Finance Transformation Head, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SAP ERP system, processes, and master data as part of the Group's globalization and digitization efforts. You will be the SAP FICO Global Process Owner for the S/4Hana implementation project, collaborating with various cross-functional teams. You will partner with market finance leads to streamline, standardize, and harmonize processes across different regions. You will maintain the Group's blueprint of the global SAP FICO template and be the go-to person post go-live for any change requests and training. You will proactively drive continuous improvements/upgrades as well as the integration of new businesses.

Profile

The ideal candidate should hold an Accounting & Finance Degree and have more than 6 years of experience managing SAP FICO projects and driving continuous process improvement projects in Finance. Candidates from consultancy firms or in-house roles are encouraged to apply. SAP S/4 Hana certification is a significant plus. You possess strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with influencing skills to work with the senior management team and operational stakeholders.
