Finance Supervisor [Up to $6500 | MNC | HYBRID] RRKC

Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounting functions for AP, AR, GL, Fixed Asset
• Manage petty cash and bank balances, transferring excess funds
• Process invoices, payments, and accounts receivable follow-ups
• Reconcile intercompany balances and outstanding AR
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end reports
• Complete month-end and quarterly GST submissions
• Handle audits, budgeting, and tax-related matters
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
• Responsible for Sales Analysis & Coordination functions
• Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and sales analyses
• Set up new customers and process sales inquiries
• Manage sales orders, pricing, and invoicing
• Coordinate shipments, delivery orders, and logistics
• Monitor stock levels and track commission payments
• Responsible for reviewing payroll function
• Handle office administration, insurance, and tenancy agreements
• Manage staff leave, payroll, CPF contributions, and employment forms
• Liaise with banks, consultants, and company secretaries

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting working experience or similar function
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiar with SAP system or any Accounting system
