Finance & Operations Analyst

About this role

Finance

• Participate in annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
• Prepare monthly financial decks (Flash, Developing market deck)
• Work with Marketing and New Business team to prepare monthly accruals
• Conduct monthly financial review with the business on Actuals vs Budget
• Assist business with project creation in Uniport
• Prepare standard regular payment run to avoid any late payment
• Perform duties in support of daily finance and operations process
• Support Regional FP&A Director on adhoc matters and special projects

Supply Chain

• Oversee end to end process of D2C and Supply Chain operations
• Reconciliation between Shopify, CORDIS and SAP transactions
• Work with Customer Service and D2C sales lead to drive efficiencies and resolve issues

Desirable Traits:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail (critical) and able to query/identify inconsistencies and challenge ideas constructively
• Able to work independently and yet possess strong teamwork ethos
• Great communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Strong technical accounting knowledge; with a relevant qualification
• Self-starter and attention to details
• Good organization skills
• Interest in music and entertainment industry is a plus
