Finance Officer/Executive

About our client: Our client is a leading facilities management company.

About the role:

1. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you shall monitor and comply with financial reporting guidelines, prepare and review the annual budget, prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears.
2. You shall be required to ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls. In addition, you are responsible for grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting, etc.

About you:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting
2. Meticulous and can work independently and as a team player
3. Possesses a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
4. Prior experience in staff management
5. Strong analytical thought process and able to handle tight timelines and stress

Others:

1. Working Hours: 5.5 days - Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
2. Work Location: Choa Chu Kang
3. Preferred Singaporean
