Finance Manager (Up to $7500)

Job Title: Finance Manager (ID8400)

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Basic Salary: $5500-$7500

Job Description:

• Perform full set of accounts and ensure compliance with respective accounting standards.
• Responsible for financial and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements including financial and operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and coordinate submission of tax returns, where applicable, with an external consultant.
• Oversee and manage the Finance Team to ensure smooth flow and timeliness of financial operations.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support planning and resource allocation.
• Examine financial data by conducting comprehensive analysis of financial statements, cashflow status, and project performance.
• Strategic partner with top management and HODs to align financial goals with the company.
• Assist in ad-hoc requirements from Senior Management in Malaysia start-up business.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of working experience in accounting/finance, with strong knowledge in both Singapore and Malaysia.
• Must have working experience from the Construction and Chinese Healthcare / Life Science Industry.
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards (SFRS), project accounting, and familiarity with financial and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of taxation for both Singapore and Malaysia is preferable.
• Strong business insight with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in managing finance operations and ERP system procedures.
• Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and internal controls.
• Experience with investment strategies, cash management, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
