Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Job Description

1. Accounting: Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.

2. Internal control: Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies and operational procedures.

3. Tax and Treasury: Ensure timely and correct tax filings, manage treasury activities like credit management, cash and bank management, and some risk mitigation such as on credit and collection.

4. Regional project support: Support finance system implementation and process optimization.

Skills & Experience

1. Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy.

2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, with an internationally recognized accounting qualification.

3. Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience gained in local and/or regional operations, preferably with audit experience.

4. Good understanding of accounting and taxation in South East Asia. Hands-on experience in ERP systems will be a definite plus.

5. Knowledge in trade finance and other treasury functions.

6. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

7. Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese to interact effectively with Chinese-speaking customers.
