Finance Manager (SAP S4 Hana)

The Company

Our client is a leading high-tech manufacturing MNC with a global footprint. They are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to drive all finance-related SAP projects and enhancements.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Finance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that SAP S/4HANA supports and evolves with the organization's financial functions, including tax and treasury.

1. Serve as the SAP S/4HANA Super User, supporting the finance organization in system enhancements and best practices.
2. Act as a bridge between finance teams and IT/SAP consultants to optimize SAP usability across finance functions.
3. Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrades, and process improvements within finance.
4. Identify and drive system enhancements to improve reporting, automation, and finance operations.
5. Ensure SAP S/4HANA effectively supports tax, treasury, and other finance-related processes.
6. Conduct user training and change management to ensure smooth adoption of SAP improvements.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system needs and align SAP functionalities with business goals.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

1. 8+ years of finance experience, with strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
2. Prior SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is highly preferred.
3. Ability to liaise effectively between finance teams and IT/SAP consultants.
4. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset to drive system enhancements.
5. Experience in tax, treasury, or related finance functions is a plus.
6. Exposure within the manufacturing industry will be ideal but not a must.
