The company has built over 750 vessels and repaired more than 3,500 ships, serving sectors such as commercial shipping, offshore energy, and renewables.

Job Summary:
The role of a Finance Manager (Operational) is responsible for overseeing daily financial processes, working closely with frontline teams to manage budgets, control costs, and improve efficiency. This role involves analyzing data, solving issues in real-time, ensuring accurate reporting, and aligning finance with operational goals to support smooth business performance.

Job Descriptions:

• Overseeing the daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives, policies, and budgets.
• Ensure targeted daily sales outstanding is met.
• Perform credit risk analysis on customers.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across operations.
• Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes, especially on AP and Payment.
• Manage company group cash flow, ensuring enough liquidity to meet operational needs while managing financial and interest risks.
• Oversee costing function to ensure accuracy in reports, delta costs are promptly cleared, and analyze unusual CM.
• Partner with other departments to develop financial strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Identify financial risks associated with operational functions and mitigate them.
• Work with FPA and GL team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.
• Other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an operational finance role.
• Experience in leading a team of at least 5 staff.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred.
