Finance Manager (New Role)

• Adecco is partnering with a Boutique Fund Management Firm. We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to join the team.
• As a Finance Manager, you are the right-hand person to the Managing Director to manage the financial, legal, and operational functions in a boutique fund management firm.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Manage accounting, fund administration, legal, and corporate secretarial matters with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax filings, and financial reporting.
• Support the Managing Director with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Work with investment teams to track fund performance and ensure accurate accounting.
• Facilitate corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment, handling diverse responsibilities as needed.

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; candidates with CMA / CPA / CA are a plus.
• More than 8 years of relevant experience in fund management, family office, or investment firms.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidate with immediate or short-notice period is a plus.
