Finance Manager (Logistics Industry)

Our client is a logistics and supply chain company specializing in air freight services. They are looking for a Finance Manager to assist their Logistics team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The Finance Manager is responsible for:

Duties

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate filings.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for decision-making.

• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls.

• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and treasury activities.

• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

• Handle payroll, staff claims, and reimbursements.

• Continuously improve financial processes for efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree/Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software.
