Finance Manager (Investment firm/ Hybrid) JM50

Job Requirement:

• Oversee consolidated group reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS and other relevant standards
• Manage all taxation matters, including planning, compliance, and liaising with external auditors and tax authorities
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place
• Handle financial operations specific to the investment industry, providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and financial data.
• Act as the key person within the Accounting department, driving performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and developing strong cross-functional relationships
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making through accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Ensure all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements and corporate policies

Qualifications:

• CA/CPA qualification or relevant professional certification.
• Extensive experience in financial management, with a strong background in the investment industry
• Proficiency in consolidated group reporting, IFRS, taxation, audit, and financial analysis
