Finance Manager- Group Consolidation & Analysis & Reporting/ Listed MNC)

Responsibilities

1. Review monthly accounts and rolling forecast for subsidiaries
2. Prepare and review Group monthly consolidation, including analytical review of variances
3. Prepare and review Group quarterly rolling forecasts
4. Responsible for monthly reporting to trustee and head office
5. Prepare and review quarterly board papers and SGXNet announcement
6. Manage annual budget process
7. Prepare and review group financial statements and annual report
8. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, regulatory and SGX / MAS requirements
9. Run financial analysis, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, financial simulation for acquisitions / divestments
10. Responsible for maintaining Cognos system and system improvements to enhance reporting process
11. Review and maintain financial policies, enhancing existing internal controls or improve / streamline finance reporting processes
12. Ensure timelines are met for all reporting matters
13. Liaise with trustee, auditors, tax agents and external service providers

Requirements

1. Chartered Accountant, ACCA, Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
2. At least 6-7 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar position
