Finance Manager, Games Development

We are looking for an experienced and talented Finance Manager who is passionate about organizing and nurturing a robust system of accounting by ensuring that our operations are systematically documented and comply with regulations. Bears far and away are invited to apply as well, but must be au fait with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining accounting practices to ensure an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents for business operations
• Managing accounting functions, preparation of reports, statistics detailing financial results
• Maintaining and completing all finance and accounting operations to ensure timely monthly and year-end closings
• Coordinating and liaising with accountants, auditors, tax and corporate secretarial agents
• Ensuring compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations
• Strategising on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions
• Preparation and presentation of financial projections and analyses
• Working closely with internal stakeholders on projects, execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion and scaling of the business
• Overseeing the integration of Web3 technologies into financial systems, ensuring the proper management of cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets within the company’s financial infrastructure.
• Ensuring compliance with Web3-related regulatory requirements, including those related to decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenomics, and blockchain-based financial reporting standards.

As a successful candidate, you would have:

• 5 - 7 years’ experience in the same capacity, CPA/CA qualified
• Proficiency in Xero, Quickbooks, and other financial software
• Strong conceptual and problem solving skills with analytical thinking
• Attention to detail with superb organizational skills
• Excellent report writing and communication skills

As a bonus, you would have:

• An interest in Games and Software-as-a-Service business models
