Job description

Adecco is partnering with a growing MNC Retail company. We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts and payroll operations, reporting to the overseas headquarters.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide overall accounting support and manage routine accounting transactions.
  2. Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure accurate month-end closing processes.
  3. Administer payroll and manage related filings and calculations.
  4. Handle bookkeeping tasks and assist with general accounting duties, including filing and data entry.
  5. Support with payroll administration, staff attendance, and leave records.
  6. Prepare and manage employment contracts, along with maintaining employee records.
  7. Assist with ad hoc assignments and HR projects as required.

The Talent Requirements

  1. At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  2. Proficiency in accounting software.
  3. Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
  4. High attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is essential for working with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
