Oversee the end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to the management team
Manage the commercial contracts and negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the company
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies
Continuously improve financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance
Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar finance management role, preferably within the Accounting industry and the Financial Accounting & Reporting sub-industry
Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills to manage contracts and drive favourable outcomes
Proficient in financial data analysis, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
