Finance Manager - Financial & Commercial Operations

Job Scope

• Oversee the end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
• Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to the management team
• Manage the commercial contracts and negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the company
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies
• Continuously improve financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar finance management role, preferably within the Accounting industry and the Financial Accounting & Reporting sub-industry
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills to manage contracts and drive favourable outcomes
• Proficient in financial data analysis, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
