Finance Manager (CPA / SAP)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Provide coaching to a team of financial professionals through their daily work mainly in financial analysis, financial reporting, inventory analysis, warranty/royalty and rebates accruals, etc.
2. Work and lead the finance team on monthly financial closing and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
3. Champion improvement projects to reforecasting and annual plan process by streamlining or automations.
4. Identify and adopt business intelligence tools to analyze financial data and information.
5. Lead the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) which consists of detailed financial analysis of capex, expenses and margin for the company to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with Business Development and Operation personnel to update changes to the Monthly Forecast with the understanding of the forecast dynamics and ability to explain the financial impacts/changes.
7. Collaborate with cross departments on Weekly Flash, with strong ability to present the financials to the management and Corporate Finance.
8. Lead, plan and liaise with External and Internal auditors (mainly on Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)) and coordinate with cross department to provide documents to auditors to ensure successful completion of SOX audit.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. Degree in Accountancy, preferable CPA or CA with min 8 years of experience in finance analytical positions with at least 3 years in a capacity of a lead or a manager.
2. Proficient in SAP ECC v6, Citrix and MS Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Pro-active individuals with skills in problem solving and process simplifications.
4. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
5. Candidates with experiences in multinational or matrix reporting is preferred.
6. Strong business acumen and good analytical skills.
