FINANCE MANAGER CONSTRUCTION

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Managing Director
• Manage corporate finance requirements, banking facilities & insurance requirements
• Manage operations within the Finance Department, ensuring accurate record-keeping, control, & compliance.
• Arrangement of project financing
• Oversees Accounts and HR& Admin department on the overall operations
• Approve all online banking transactions
• Review & analyze the groups monthly financial statements.
• Prepare the groups annual financial reports & budget forecasts.

Requirement

• At least Degree in Finance or ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
