Finance Manager (Bukit Batok)

Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week (ONLY 1 SATURDAY PER MONTH)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage financial and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies, financial procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax return submissions with external consultants when required.
• Lead and oversee the Finance Team to maintain efficient financial operations.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements, cash flow status, and project performance.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management and department heads, aligning financial goals with company objectives.
• Support senior management with ad-hoc financial requirements related to the Malaysia start-up business.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with expertise in Singapore and Malaysia regulations.
• Experience in the Construction and Chinese Healthcare/Life Sciences industries is required.
• Strong understanding of SFRS accounting standards, project accounting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of taxation regulations for both Singapore and Malaysia is preferred.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in finance operations, ERP systems, and internal controls.
• Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
