Finance Manager (Air freight Industry)

Our client is a logistics and supply chain company specializing in air freight services. They are looking for a Finance Manager to assist their Logistics team for the next phase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The Finance Manager is responsible for:

Duties

• Comprehensive Financial Management – Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Strategic Planning & Compliance – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and corporate filings.

• Process Optimization & Controls – Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Audit & Treasury Oversight – Manage cash flow, bank transactions, payroll, and external audits to maintain financial integrity.

• Continuous Improvement & Leadership – Drive process improvements and provide financial insights for better decision-making and business growth.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree/Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software.
