Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions across multiple business units.

• Analyze and report on the financial performance of each business unit, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Manage overseas accounts to ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining financial stability across diverse markets.

• Lead the financial forecasting process to anticipate trends, identify risks, and allocate resources effectively to achieve organizational objectives.

• Oversee and manage banking facilities, including bank guarantees and term deposits, to maintain liquidity and financial security.

• Handle quarterly GST preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

• Prepare and present consolidated financial reports to headquarters to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial workflows, strengthen internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with tax advisors to review tax computations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in compliance with tax regulations.

• Maintain proactive relationships with banking partners to streamline the annual review process and optimize financial services.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to auditing standards and regulatory requirements across all financial operations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software.
