Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the overall financial health of our organization.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial transactions.

• Responsible for group consolidation reporting.

• Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts for the hospitality/restaurant operations.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and goals.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• 6-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on hospitality or the restaurant industry.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation reporting.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
