Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial health by overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including accounting and budgeting.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial plans.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus).
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
