Finance Manager

We are looking for a committed individual with the drive and passion to thrive in a dynamic environment, to join us as Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of local and overseas finance professionals
• Oversee the full spectrum of group consolidation for statutory and management reporting functions
• Timely and accurate analytical review of the group financial and management reports, half-yearly reports and SGX announcements
• Review tax computations, including GST submission and liaise with tax agents for compliance and timely submission
• Ensure adoption & compliance of IFRS standards by the group
• Drive the implementation of group policies, processes and systems
• Liaise with internal/external auditors
• Any additional scope as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Good Accountancy degree, CPA qualification will be an added advantage
• Strong accounting knowledge & familiarity with Singapore/International financial reporting standards
• At least 6 years relevant work experience preferably in audit and commercial firms
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Hands on consolidation experience using consolidation software such as Lucanet or SAP
• Self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and proactively within a team
• Positive working & learning attitude with good understanding of work processes & internal controls
• Prior experience as reviewer
