We are seeking a meticulous and driven Finance Manager to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial management, demonstrating the ability to streamline processes and provide accurate financial reporting.

Description

1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
2. Supervise and optimize the processing of payments to suppliers and collections from customers for efficiency and accuracy
3. Maintain and monitor daily cash flow to guarantee sufficient funds for ongoing business operations
4. Design, refine, and enforce robust internal control procedures for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
5. Guarantee adherence to the company's established standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines
6. Maintain full adherence to all legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
7. Lead initiatives to enhance financial workflows, with a focus on digitizing financial documentation
8. Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to facilitate the integration and implementation of accounting systems
9. Act as a liaison with banking institutions, internal and external audit teams, tax advisors, and corporate secretarial service providers
10. Perform additional financial tasks and projects as required by management

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

1. A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
2. Professional qualification in Finance
3. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
4. Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
5. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
6. Excellent organisational and leadership skills
